I need to get my car onto a tractor trailer which is 36" off ground. How can I do this safely? - tractor ramps

I draw from the state and the need to load the car into a semi-trailer 36 "on the ground. Ramps normal car is only 7-8" on the ground. Is there an easy and safe way to make a place for ramps or other rents? Help, I have 4 days to find a way to do it.
