Simplest is to just get a fixed IP address for the PBX to allow a static NAT on the Cisco router and ports. You do not need to open port 5060 for SIP messaging, and you must allow UDP ports 1024-65535 for RTP can come from any of these ports as dynamic. You have to adjust access to their lists for this insurance. Most SIP providers I've dealt with a public IP address is absent central. Otherwise, you must configure your router, and the peer will select voice calls on the plant, which is quite complicated and unnecessary in this case. I would recommend a static IP address. The last thing is to ensure that your telephone system a pass through the setup NAT if you have the choice () do the most.
